Investors are invited to register free of charge. Select register to complete the questionnaire and email your CV or business biography in which you list your current business interests. Before we provide you with referrals a telephone interview is required to discuss your preferences.

To receive any information about our members - which is commercially sensitive - businesses and investors must register with us and complete our registration forms.
All investors are interviewed by phone and provide a documented business biography before any referrals are provided.
We use this information to match requests two ways - investor expertise and business needs. We then make recommendations to investors to contact businesses.
Also, once you have listed with us you can request contact with a member but we must match each member's requests first. Details are then provided to the investor.

Special 3 month Listing

AU$495 - 3 month basic listing which gives you a chance to sample the benefits of our personal matching service. With personal matching your information isn't scattered around but rather presented discretely to matched investors who have the background and networks to assist you. Targeted matching also means that you can focus on presenting yourself and your business to an appropriate investor. See the description of the basic listing for a description of the service you will receive. After 3 months you have the choice to upgrade to the 12 month listing. NB for the next few days until the backend of our site is updated please add the word 'special' after your name in the registration form. Payment

If fees are paid by cheque the link to stage 2 will only be emailed when the cheque is cleared. Please deposit cheques directly into our account, then complete stage 1.

If you are an inventor without a business that is trading and would like to register but the fees are a stumbling block, please contact us to request a discount.

Fees can be paid by credit card or bank deposit. Upon receipt of authorised/cleared funds a link to the registration web form will be forwarded by e-mail.

Agreement

You can only register with us by completing our registration questionnaire.
You can only register on our database if you agree to our terms and conditions outlined in our service agreement and confidentiality agreement
Registration with us binds you to confidentiality.
All information which is exchanged as a result of our matching is deemed confidential, sealed by your application to register.
3% of the amount invested (as equity or debt funding) is payable to Business Angels Pty Ltd within 7 days of settlement.
Listings are for one year.
Listing fees are not refundable.
Any additional service is charged on an agreed basis.

The process in a nutshell...

When you submit the application form and pay your fee we email you a link to the registration web form. We place your brief description on the website. We supply an enlarged business opportunity description to the investor when an opportunity matches their requests and they meet the business's requests. The investor then contacts the business to arrange to meet to ascertain if there is the possibility of a working partnership. Both parties provide us with (confidential) feedback so that we can monitor progress.
