To receive any information about our members - which is commercially sensitive - businesses and investors must register with us and complete our registration forms.
We use this information to match requests two ways - investor expertise and business needs. We then make recommendations to investors to contact businesses.
Also, once you have listed with us you can request contact with a member but we must match each member's requests first. Details are then provided to the investor.
This popular website is a good place to advertise.

Basic Listing

AU$650 basic listing - Complete our questionnaire, your anonymous listing is posted on the website, your details are entered into our office database, we match your file continually, we email referrals to investors and we process simple, confidential feedback for our use when further matching your file.

AU$900 full service listing - includes the above service plus we give your file more personal attention during the matching process to see if we can encourage a match through flexibility from either party. We also closely assess the feedback of both parties and advise you of other or different approaches which could increase your chances of finding the right match.

Payment

If fees are paid by cheque when the cheque is cleared we will email the link to stage 2. Please deposit cheques directly into our account, then complete stage 1.

If you are an inventor without a business that is trading and would like to register but the fees are a stumbling block, please contact us to request a discount.

Fees can be paid by credit card or bank deposit. Upon receipt of authorised/cleared funds a link to the registration web form will be forwarded by e-mail.

Agreement

You can only register with us by completing our registration questionnaire.
You can only register on our database if you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions outlined on the service agreement pages (below)
Registration with us binds you to confidentiality.
All information which is exchanged as a result of our matching is deemed confidential, sealed by your application to register.
2.5% of the amount invested (as equity or debt) is payable to Business Angels Pty Ltd upon settlement.
Listings are for one year.
Listing fees are not refundable.
Any additional service is charged on an agreed basis.

The process in a nutshell...

When you submit the application form and pay your fee we email you a link to the registration web form. We place your brief description on the website. We supply an enlarged business opportunity description to the investor when an opportunity matches their requests and they meet the business's requests. The investor then contacts the business to arrange to meet to ascertain if there is the possibility of a working partnership. Both parties provide us with (confidential) feedback so that we can monitor progress.
